Jackie Potter was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and is now living out her dream in Los Angeles, California. Her professional career began in advertising for one of the largest holding companies in the world, Omnicom. Jackie’s achievements within the company included spearheading strategic, multi-million dollar advertising initiatives, working fluidly amongst creative, programmatic, strategy, and data teams. She handled all vendor partnerships and lead major accounts such as Porsche and SC Johnson. 

Jackie then transitioned into recruiting, working for one of the top recruitment firms worldwide. During this time, she worked all creative, strategy, and brand roles. Jackie quickly realized her network and relationships, as well as her drive to provide premier service to all her clients, made her stand out. It was then that an idea was born.

Jackie founded JP Talent with the intent to pair top-tier creative talent with clients and projects that are aligned with specific interests and passions. She puts everything she has into making sure her clients' visions are brought to life and needs are met.
